Emergency and disaster relief involves responding swiftly and
effectively to crises, ensuring the safety, well-being, and recovery of individuals and communities
impacted by emergencies, natural disasters, and unforeseen circumstances.

We are proud to have successfully fulfilled two projects in the past: the “COVID-19 Emergency Relief”
and the “Emergency Relief” for Economic Crisis 2022. These projects have demonstrated our
commitment to alleviating suffering and supporting those affected by challenging circumstances.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our organization launched the COVID-19 Emergency Appeal,
providing dry food packages and to families. Additionally, during the economic crisis in Sri Lanka in
2022, we stepped forward to assist those facing financial hardship in the North. We provided food
and livelihood support, to individuals and families impacted by the crisis. Our aim was to provide a
lifeline during a challenging period and empower individuals to rebuild their lives
